How much does it cost to open a myDobi®?

You can expect a minimum capital expenditure (capex) of RM550K, with 80% of the investment going into laundry equipment, which serves as your long-term asset.

Can I choose my own location to open a myDobi®?

Yes, we encourage investors to propose a few potential locations. We will then conduct a thorough market analysis based on factors like demographics, target customers, accessibility, and more to ensure the best location is selected for your business.

What are the requirements to open a myDobi®?

The minimum investment includes at least 6 sets of washers and dryers to meet customer demand effectively. This ensures your laundromat can handle the required capacity and provide a smooth service experience.

Is it mandatory to set up a gas room for myDobi®?

Yes, setting up a gas room is a requirement for safety. It must adhere to strict construction standards and compliance regulations to obtain approval from local authorities through the necessary licensing processes.

Typically, we can complete the renovation and equipment setup within a month. However, other factors may affect the timeline, such as shipment delays, securing local permits, utility applications, and connection statuses, among others.
